Orphan’s rights

Orphan's rights

Recently, a child was kill who was not having parents. According to the reports the child was a beggar. Undoubtedly, this is not the only cause to be seen rather many cases are being seen. Likewise, a lawyer said no individual can be deprived of his fundamental rights as given in the constitution. These fundamental rights include equality of status, opportunity and before law, social, economic and political justice and freedom of thought, expression, belief, faith, worship and association subject to the law and public morality. He said rights were not given to children with unknown parentage. So they are concerned as citizens of country and they rights must not be ignored by mainstream level and authorities must work for orphan’s rights.
